Once a customized order has been processed or created, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to incorrect information, pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraudulent activity, or other valid reasons.
5. Payments
All payments must be made through the payment options available on our website. Orders may only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Sketchinora will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information.
7. Return, Replacement & Refund Claims
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must:
- Record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the package.
- Ensure the video clearly shows the sealed package, shipping label, and product.
- Report the issue within 1 hour of delivery.
- Send the unboxing video and order details to +91 94160 58647.
Claims without a valid unboxing video or reported after the specified time may not be accepted.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Sketchinora website, including logos, designs, images, text, graphics, and other materials, belongs to Sketchinora unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sketchinora shall not be held responsible for indirect losses, delays, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays or incorrect information provided by the customer.
